Technical advantages and product system
Sicheng chromium ore sand uses high-grade chromite imported from South Africa as raw material, and uses the four-fold process of “crusting-grinding-gradient magnetic separation-intelligent screening” to ensure product purity and particle size stability. Its products include:
Casting grade chromium ore sand
Provide standard particle sizes such as 40-70 mesh, 70-140 mesh, Cr₂O₃ content ≥46%, SiO₂ impurities ≤1%, and a bulk density of 2.5-3g/cm³. It is suitable for surface sand of large cast steel parts. It can replace 30% cold iron material, significantly reducing the sand viscosity to below 0.3%.
Refractory Grade Chromium Powder
325 mesh ultrafine powder is used for the production of magnesium chrome bricks, with thermal shock stability up to 15 cycles without cracks, and a fire resistance of ≥1800℃.
Glass colorant
The 41% content of chromium ore powder is specially used for beer bottle green coloring, maintaining chemical stability at high temperatures of 1200-1500℃, and its color uniformity is better than that of traditional iron oxide pigments.
Customized solutions
In response to the casting needs of special alloys such as high manganese steel and stainless steel, AFS45-55 particle size distribution optimization services are provided, and special sand rationing solutions are developed.
