The aqueous chromium sand is fed into the drying kiln through the conveying equipment, and high-temperature hot air is passed into the kiln to form a convection heat field. The wet sand rolls forward in the kiln, and the moisture quickly vaporizes and escapes. The drying process is precisely controlled to avoid oversintered blocks, and finally produces high-quality chrome sand with uniform drying and water content.

Coarse grains remain on the upper layer, fine grains fall through the screen, and multi-stage screens work together to efficiently produce pure chrome sand that meets the customized specifications of metallurgy, refractory and other industries.
